Women in Multilateralism and the Path from Beijing+30 will be held on 25 September, 4:00–5:15 pm at The New School University. This interactive session will feature GWL Voices leaders Ms. Carol Bellamy, Ms. Irina Bokova, Ms. Epsy Campbell, Ms. Tarja Halonen with GWL Voices President, Susana Malcorra, in conversation with New School students. Introduced by Professor Peter J. Hoffman, the dialogue will connect young leaders with women who have shaped global governance, offering reflections on the legacy of Beijing and their vision for the next 30 years of advancing gender equality and multilateralism.

This panel is part of The Struggle for Accountability in Global Governance, a broader event hosted by The New School’s Graduate Programs in International Affairs on 25 September from 4:00–7:00 pm. Organized in partnership with GWL Voices and The Stimson Center, the program explores how the UN and multilateral agreements can remain meaningful platforms for equity and justice in a time of global crisis.

This session is open exclusively to The New School students.
