Share
GWL Voices and the College of Europe will host a pivotal conversation on the findings of the Women in Multilateralism Report 2025, bringing together students, experts, and global leaders to discuss the state of women's leadership in international organizations.
Featuring Ms. María Fernanda Espinosa, Executive Director of GWL Voices and former President of the UN General Assembly; Ms. Federica Mogherini, Rector of the College of Europe; and Ms. Cristina Gallach, GWL Voices Board Member, the event will explore the report’s key insights—including a special focus on women in global health leadership and the representation of female Permanent Representatives to the UN. The discussion will also delve into governance reforms needed to advance gender parity in multilateral institutions, as well as GWL Voices' flagship campaigns: #MadamSecretaryGeneral, advocating for the first woman UN Secretary-General in 2026, and #Rotation4Equality, pushing for parity at the UN General Assembly Presidency. With an interactive format that includes student participation, the event aims to inspire the next generation to rethink leadership at the global level.
This event is for students of the College of Europe only.
