HER TURN Decalogue for the Next United Nations Secretary-General

The HER TURN Decalogue for the Next United Nations Secretary-General brings together the voices, reflections, and priorities of 40 students from around the world, developed in collaboration with the Geneva Graduate Institute through the HER TURN Harvest process.

Through structured dialogue on human rights, multilateralism, and global governance, participants identified key principles and recommendations to strengthen the legitimacy, effectiveness, and inclusiveness of future UN leadership.

This Decalogue reflects a collective effort to elevate youth perspectives as meaningful contributions to one of the most important global leadership transitions of our time.
